Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any honey purchases. Honey is a natural food product and cannot be resold once it has left our facility, ensuring quality and safety for all our customers.

Shipping & Risk

  • All shipping is done at the customer’s own risk.
  • While we carefully pack every order to ensure safe delivery, Fleures Honey cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused during transit once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Customer Collections & Own Courier Arrangements

  • Customers are welcome to arrange their own courier for pickup from our facility.
  • All collections must be scheduled in advance to ensure your order is ready and securely packaged for transport.
  • Once collected by the customer or their chosen courier, Fleures Honey is no longer responsible for the product’s handling or condition during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.
